The purpose of Women Police of Alaska shall be to secure proper training, to inspire the appointment of qualified women, to encourage the increased use of women in law enforcement, to work for the general improvement of law enforcement services, to provide an atmosphere and means to network and encourage fellowship, and to promote such services statewide.

Next Women Police of Alaska meeting/annual potluck picnic - Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Rae Arno's Wildwood farm in Wasilla, AK.  Bring your favorite dish.

Directions: 
From the traffic light at mile 49 on the Parks Hwy, turn right (n/b) on Pittman Rd. 1.1 miles, turn right on Karen, go about 1/4 mile and turn left  behind the wooden "Wildwood Farm" sign.  Take the driveway to the end, about a 1/4 mile.
